French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Fintech (Braga)

We're hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Fintech team in Braga, Portugal. You'll support customers of a modern financial services product. Work model: On-Site. Start date: 20/Aug/26. Only native-level French speakers will be considered for this position. Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required. We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
