We are looking to strengthen their German-speaking Operation with Business Travel Advisors for a giant American Travel Provider. This is a hybrid role based in Sofia and there are day shift and night shift options. What you will do Deliver high-touch customer care to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel Find solutions for flight, hotels, train-travel and beyond before and during their business trips Utilize voice and e-mail channels for customer assistance Be extremely polite and professional to high-level customers, representing the organization formidably Functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms What we are looking for Based in Sofia or willingness to relocate Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
