Key Responsabilities: Lead and supervise workshop technicians to ensure maximum productivity Diagnose complex mechanical & electrical issues with precision Ensure correct spare parts identification & installation Control job quality before vehicle delivery Monitor daily performance, carry-over & efficiency KPIs Coordinate with Technical Support, Training & Warranty teams Maintain safety, discipline & operational standards inside the workshop Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering 2–5 years of experience in the same field Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities Leadership mindset with the ability to manage technicians Organized, KPI-driven, and detail-oriented
