Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide essential assistance to customers in Danish and English , ensuring that their questions and requests are handled professionally. Your responsibilities will include: Provide professional customer support in Danish and English . Respond to customer enquiries, questions, and requests. Provide clear and helpful information to customers. Assist customers throughout their interactions with the support service. Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach. Help contribute to a positive and efficient customer experience. Follow established procedures and service guidelines. Work independently while remaining connected with the wider customer support team. Requirements Fluent or native-level proficiency in Danish . Fluent or native-level proficiency in English . Must already be residing in Portugal . Comfortable working in a remote environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively. Working Conditions Remote position based in Portugal . Monday-to-Friday working schedule. Working hours between 08:00 and 17:00 . Saturday and Sunday off , according to the Danish schedule. Candidates must already reside in Portugal. Candidates living within 50 km of the office are required to collect their work equipment in person. Equipment will be shipped to candidates living more than 50 km from the office .
