Job Summary The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, promoting merchandise, supporting sales goals, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. The role provides product recommendations, participates in store activities, and works collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service objectives. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service. Assist customers in selecting merchandise based on their needs and preferences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and new arrivals. Provide product recommendations, styling advice, and suggest complementary products. Promote current marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives. Support sales goals and customer service objectives. Participate in store meetings and team activities. Maintain an organized and welcoming sales floor. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to learn product knowledge and provide professional recommendations. Willingness to perform additional duties to support business needs.
