Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Aviation (Lisbon)

We're recruiting Dutch speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on an Aviation account based in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll assist travellers of an airline partner with booking and service queries. Work model: On-Site. Start date: 27/Aug/26. Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required. We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
