CS Representative - French Market

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support users of a global digital platform. This is a fully remote opportunity within Greece , offering the chance to work in an international environment while supporting customers across multiple channels. Main Responsibilities Provide professional and empathetic customer support Investigate account-related issues and reported content Support users with platform-related questions and concerns Promote community safety and help users understand platform policies Use available data and insights to improve the customer experience Provide accurate and solution-focused responses to users Requirements Fluent French Good command of English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving mindset Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach Comfortable using digital platforms and online tools Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but training is provided Work Model 100% remote within Greece Candidates already living in Greece can work from anywhere in the country Candidates relocating to Greece will have their initial work-from-home setup based in Athens Compensation €1,050 gross/month × 14 salaries Performance bonus of up to 10% Relocation Support For eligible candidates relocating from another EU country: Flight ticket within the EU 2 weeks of hotel accommodation Airport pickup Real estate agency fee covered A great opportunity for candidates looking to gain international customer service experience while working remotely from Greece.
