Danish / English Customer Service Representative Location: Sofia, Bulgaria We are looking for a Danish & English Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria . In this role, you will support customers with non-technical inquiries across a range of digital products and services, delivering an outstanding customer experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment. What You Will Do Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with account, payment, and digital service-related inquiries. Resolve non-technical issues by following established procedures. Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and CRM tools. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary. Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity and quality targets. Requirements Danish proficiency (C1 or higher). English proficiency (B2 or higher). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 . What We Offer Gross salary: €2,200 per month €1,500 gross relocation bonus (paid in two instalments) 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival.
