Responsibilities Advise clients on AML/CFT, sanctions and financial crime compliance requirements. Draft and review compliance policies, procedures, manuals and regulatory documentation. Support clients during regulatory examinations, remediation projects and supervisory engagements. Monitor Maltese and EU regulatory developments relating to AML, sanctions, beneficial ownership and compliance reporting. Provide guidance to regulated entities including financial institutions, investment firms, funds and corporate service providers. Assist with regulatory research, analysis and client advisory work. Requirements Qualified Lawyer with a genuine interest in AML, CFT, sanctions and financial crime compliance. Strong legal drafting, research and analytical abilities. Excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Organised, proactive and collaborative approach to work. Experience in AML/CFT, compliance, regulatory affairs, financial services or dealings with regulatory authorities will be considered an asset.
