Assistant Sales Manager

Our client is a Hong Kong based company which engages in super wide format digital printing business in Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, London & Kuala Lumpur. They offer wide range of digital options, including POS display, banner & bunting, transit advertising, billboard, sticker, event and exhibitions display, fabric printing, mounting and etc. They are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager to developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share targets. Job Scope: Meet individual monthly sales targets assigned to the role. Provide sales support and guidance to the wider sales team. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet their respective KPIs. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners. Prospect for new clients, generating leads and converting them into sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns Represent the company at trade shows, product launches, and customer meetings as needed. Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirement: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the advertising or printing industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
