German-Speaking Customer Service & Sales Advisor | Telecommunications

CloserHire is partnering with a leading customer service provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Advisors for a new telecommunications project in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This role combines customer support and sales, with approximately 90% phone-based support and 10% email communication. You’ll assist German-speaking customers with their telecommunications services while identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and solutions. Language required: German Highlights: Bonus / commission on top of base salary Meal vouchers / allowance Career growth opportunities Responsibilities: Support German-speaking customers primarily via phone, with some email communication Handle customer questions related to telecommunications products and services Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant additional products Resolve enquiries professionally while achieving quality and sales targets Complete an initial 9-week training programme, Monday to Friday from 09:00–17:30 After training, work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00; Sundays are generally off, with occasional Saturday shifts Opportunity to move to a hybrid working model from the 6th month, subject to performance Qualifications: German B2–C1, both written and spoken Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling a high volume of telephone interactions Commercial mindset and confidence identifying sales opportunities Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems Previous customer service, sales, or contact centre experience is an advantage Ability to work on-site in Plovdiv, Bulgaria Benefits: Competitive base salary starting bonus for the first 3 months, payable from the first full month of employment Uncapped sales commission, averaging approximately €1,000 gross/month, with significantly higher earning potential for top performers €100 net/month meal vouchers Comprehensive 9-week training programme Stable employment within a new telecommunications project Potential for hybrid work from the 6th month Professional development and career growth opportunities Relocation: No relocation support is offered for this role — candidates must already live in the job's country/city, or already hold valid work authorization for it.
