Italian Customer Support Specialist - Multilingual Services, Porto

We're hiring a Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Multilingual Services team in Porto, Portugal. You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment. Work model: Remote. Start date: 03/Sep/26. Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad. Must live within 50km of Porto office. Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required. We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Italian and are comfortable working in English day to day. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
