Position: Advisory & Transaction Services Expert (M&A / Valuation) Type: Contract Compensation: $700 per task Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Design realistic scenarios from your work, including quality-of-earnings analyses, working-capital and net-debt analyses, and valuation models . Review and compare AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy and sound professional judgment. Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in transaction and valuation tasks. Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to enhance training data quality and model reasoning. Develop and refine purchase price allocation models and deal/LBO models . Qualifications Must-Have Transaction advisory (Big 4 TAS / boutique) and/or corporate development, investment banking, or valuation background. Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance , or a related field. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Preferred CPA , and/or ASA / ABV / CFA a plus for valuation-leaning candidates.
