Senior CAD Designer, Water Features - Tampa, FL - $90K-$130K+

Location: Tampa, FL (on-site). Compensation: $90,000 to $130,000+, flexible based on experience. Join an internationally recognized leader in custom water feature and commercial fountain design, working on landmark projects worldwide from initial concept through installation and commissioning. What You'll Own - Design and draft custom water feature, fountain, and granite projects using advanced 3D CAD modeling software - Develop piping layouts, hydraulic systems, equipment room layouts, and fabricated equipment package designs - Create detailed construction drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation packages - Participate in the full project lifecycle, including client meetings, design development, coordination, installation support, and owner training - Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers across multidisciplinary teams - Support field installation teams through site visits and technical guidance What You'll Bring - Minimum 5 years of CAD drafting and design experience - Advanced proficiency with 3D CAD modeling software - Design experience in a related industry: water features, commercial fountains, aquatics, pools, mechanical systems, HVAC, industrial process piping, or specialty construction - Strong blueprint reading and interpretation across multiple disciplines - Experience developing piping layouts, mechanical systems, and equipment room designs - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Nice to Have - Direct commercial fountain or water feature design experience - Experience with hydraulic and water circulation systems - Mechanical Engineering degree or related technical background If you have built your career designing water and mechanical systems and want to put that toward landmark, design-forward projects, this one is worth a look.
