As the voice of the brand, you will handle inquiries related to orders, retail products, and services, ensuring every customer walks away with a positive experience. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding product details, order statuses, deliveries, and returns. Provide accurate and personalized solutions to customer complaints or inquiries. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers with their purchases. Update customer profiles and transaction records accurately in our database. Collaborate with internal logistics and billing teams to resolve order discrepancies. Requirements Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and a professional level of English. Passion for customer care, retail operations, and interacting with people daily. Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a positive "can-do" attitude. Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece. What We Offer Competitive Salary: €1,300 – €1,600 Gross / Month.
