Medical Billing & Collections Representative Bella Vista, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic · On-site We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and service-driven Medical Billing & Collections Representative to support billing and collection activities while communicating effectively with clients, patients, insurance providers, and other parties as required. Key Responsibilities Process and follow up on medical billing accounts. Review billing information and identify discrepancies. Follow up on outstanding balances and pending payments. Perform collection activities professionally and accurately. Maintain updated records of payments, accounts, and collection activities. Communicate with clients, patients, insurance providers, and other parties regarding account status. Assist in resolving billing and payment issues. Perform clerical, administrative, and data-entry duties related to billing. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information. Support documentation and follow-up according to internal procedures. Requirements Experience in medical billing, collections, customer service, call center, administrative support, or related areas is preferred. Fluent English, written and spoken. Strong computer and clerical skills. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Organized and results-oriented. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. Experience working with U.S. medical billing processes is a strong plus. Familiarity with AR follow-up, EOBs, claims, denials, patient balances, insurance verification, or billing systems is a plus. Availability to work on-site in Bella Vista, Santo Domingo.
