Location: Petaling Jaya Work Mode: In-Office Allowance: RM 1000 What You'll Do: Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals Conduct interviews and assess candidates for qualification, culture fit, and job match Partner with consultants to understand client hiring needs and job scopes Prepare job descriptions, candidate profiles, and documentation Research companies, industries, and competitors to support recruitment strategy Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers Assist with interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding Help build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills in English & BM (Mandarin is a bonus!)
