Il lavoro è retribuito con provvigioni sul venduto sommate a sistema premiante basato su obiettivi di facile raggiungibilità; inoltre è previsto anche un trattamento di MANTENIMENTO della clientela erogato in forma mensile. È previsto un ulteriore PREMIO per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi QUALITÀ .Qualora il collaboratore venisse ritenuto idoneo verrà offerta la possibilità di ricoprire incarichi Manageriali, anche a breve termine.
