What We Offer Competitive CPM: $0.45 to $0.65 per mile based on experience Guaranteed Income: $1,000 weekly base guarantee (higher earning potential available) Layover Compensation: $100/day Full W2 benefits program Bring your truck home on rest days Passenger/Rider program enabled Work Details No-Touch Loading: 100% driver no-touch Efficiency: 70% drop-and-hook loads Flexible Rotations: Choose between 2, 3, or 4 weeks out with 2, 3, or 4 days home Driver Requirements 6+ months of verifiable Class A CDL experience Must be cleared for Step 5 (RTD) in the DOT SAP Clearinghouse process
