The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and assisting with account-related concerns while following established financial and compliance procedures. Qualifications: Completed at least 2nd year of college At least 1 year of BPO experience Must have an active FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 certification Strong English communication and customer service skills Willing to work onsite in Alabang and on a graveyard shift Can start immediately, if possible.
