Italian-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Athens, Greece We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional customer service via inbound phone, chat, and email . Location: Athens, Greece Work Model: Remote / Work from Home Languages: Italian + English (B2 level) Key responsibilities: Assist customers with questions and requests. Help customers find products and make purchasing decisions. Provide after-sales support, including resolving delivery issues. Process returns, cancellations, and other customer requests. Deliver professional and friendly support. Requirements: Italian language proficiency. English level B2 . Relatively advanced PC/computer skills .
