Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Automotive (Braga)

Join an Automotive account in Braga, Portugal as a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist. You'll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries. Work model: Remote. Start date: 03/Sep/26. Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required. We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
