Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Support Representative . In this on-site role, you will assist users by providing friendly and efficient support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and/or chat Assist customers with product or service-related questions, issues, and complaints Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Requirements Fluency in French (B2 or above); English for internal communication Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in Porto EU citizenship or valid Portugal residence permit A positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
