Forex Trader - Treasury & Portfolio Makati | Hybrid | Monday - Friday | Dayshift Key responsibilities Execute foreign currency buy and sell transactions efficiently to maximize portfolio value. Prospect, build, and maintain client relationships through self-generated leads and cross-departmental leads. Monitor live foreign exchange levels, rate movements, and global market trends to advise the Head Trader on optimal market entry and exit points. Coordinate directly with the Forex Back Office to streamline trade execution, documentation, and settlement processes. Ensure full operational alignment and adherence to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) foreign exchange rules and regulatory guidelines. Attend industry seminars, workshops, and training to continuously upgrade currency market expertise and technical trading skills. Perform additional trading-related tasks and operational duties as assigned by the Forex Department Head. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any 4-year course. Work Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience within the banking or financial services industry. Certification: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is required. Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, economic indicators, and BSP regulations. Excellent analytical, communication, and client negotiation skills.
