Nurses will provide direct patient care in an acute care setting, including patient assessment, care planning and implementation, medication administration, monitoring patient outcomes, and coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and the ability to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with U.S. hospital standards.
