Strong troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity for tech, gadgets, or software ecosystems. Prior experience in technical customer care or helpdesk environments is a strong asset. Customer-centric mindset with great patience and communication skills. Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.
