This is an outstanding opportunity to join an international team delivering large-scale data transformation programs for the banking and financial services sector. You’ll play a key role in designing enterprise-grade cloud data platforms, enabling regulatory compliance, modern analytics, and data-driven decision-making using cutting-edge cloud technologies. What you will do Design and implement centralized Snowflake data platforms with standardized data models and reusable data products Architect end-to-end data pipelines using modern cloud data architectures, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers Develop scalable, high-performance, and cost-efficient Snowflake solutions Integrate data quality, metadata, and data lineage into enterprise platform designs Lead reporting transformation initiatives, including legacy system migrations and modern analytics enablement Manage business requirements, data dependencies, and solution delivery throughout transformation programs Coordinate testing, defect resolution, business acceptance, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support Define and implement data quality controls, KPIs, monitoring, and governance standards Design reusable data integration services using batch, streaming, APIs, and event-driven architectures Ensure secure, reliable, and auditable data pipelines with robust monitoring and operational support What we are looking for Fluent English Proven experience as a Data Architect within the banking or financial services sector Strong expertise in Snowflake and cloud data architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience delivering regulatory data transformation and reporting initiatives, including BCBS 239 Strong background in enterprise data modeling, including Data Vault and domain-driven design Hands-on experience with modern ELT/ETL technologies such as dbt, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks Experience with data integration technologies including APIs, Kafka, and batch processing Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, and lineage frameworks Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for cloud data platforms Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills within Agile delivery environments Experience with financial data models and enterprise reporting transformation programs is highly desirable Salary 5000€ (net) · 6000€ + benefits Benefits and what is on offer Hybrid working policy Attractive remuneration package Opportunity to work with a highly skilled international team of cloud and data professionals Continuous learning, training, and professional certification opportunities Exposure to cutting-edge cloud, data, and analytics technologies International and multicultural working environment Opportunity to contribute to complex transformation projects for global clients Modern office environment in Sofia Additional health insurance Life insurance Access to 50+ employee benefits and services Long-term career development within a global professional services organization How the process works Apply with your CV – we review every application Short screening call with a CloserHire recruiter (around 30 minutes) Interview with the hiring team Offer, then support with paperwork and, where applicable, your move
