BI Analyst

Role Overview We are seeking a Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven transformation initiatives. The role focuses on converting operational, Agile, and enterprise data into actionable insights through dashboards, statistical analysis, and reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders. Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance controls. Analyze operational, transformation, and Agile metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Apply statistical and analytical techniques to support decision-making. Translate survey feedback and business metrics into actionable recommendations. Support data ingestion, modeling, and reporting using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements. Utilize AI and automation to enhance reporting efficiency. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional teams.
