We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a regional intermodal position based in San Antonio, TX . Drivers transport no-touch intermodal container freight between rail facilities, distribution centers, and customer locations throughout the regional operating area. Pay & Compensation Average Weekly Earnings: $1,350–$1,450 Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $76,305 Mileage Pay: $0.32 CPM Day Shift: $11.30/hour + $0.32 CPM Night Shift: $14.80/hour + $0.32 CPM Weekend Shift: $16.95/hour + $0.32 CPM Weekly direct deposit Compensation is a combination of hourly pay and mileage. Actual weekly earnings vary based on miles driven, shift worked, and freight volume. Home Time & Schedule Regional operation Approximately 2–3 overnight layovers during a typical 5-day workweek Consistent year-round freight Exact start times and schedules assigned by dispatch What You'll Do Safely transport intermodal containers between rail yards, customer locations, and distribution centers Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete electronic logs and required paperwork Follow all DOT safety regulations Communicate with dispatch regarding load assignments Perform standard chassis inspections and secure containers properly This is a no-touch freight position.
