Tax Manager

Role : Tax Manager Domain : Accounting/Corporate Finance Job Type: Full Time Location : Hollywood, USA Experience: 6-17 Years Job Summary: This role is highly client-facing and offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated tax planning and compliance engagements while mentoring teams and contributing to long-term client growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and review complex individual, partnership, S-corporation, trust, and gift tax engagements. Serve as a primary advisor to high-net-worth and professional services clients. Provide strategic tax planning around compensation structures, K-1 allocations, multi-state issues, and entity structuring. Lead multiple client engagements and manage budgets, workflow, and deadlines. Mentor, develop, and review the work of staff and seniors. Coordinate with attorneys, wealth advisors, and other outside professionals on client matters. Research and resolve complex tax issues and planning opportunities. Skills and Background: CPA required 7+ years of public accounting tax experience. Strong technical expertise in HNW, partnership, trust, and pass-through taxation. Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience with multi-state and multi-entity taxation preferred
