We’re now looking for a reliable, hard‑working Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team. About the Role As a Kitchen Porter at Daffodil, you’ll be a vital part of the operation. You’ll work closely with the chefs to keep the kitchen running smoothly, cleanly and efficiently. This is a role for someone who takes pride in hard work, organisation and being part of a high‑performing team. What You’ll Be Doing Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe at all times Operating the dishwash area efficiently during busy services Supporting chefs with basic prep when required Ensuring equipment, utensils and workspaces are cleaned and ready for service Helping maintain stock rotation and storage standards Assisting with deliveries and keeping dry stores organised Working as part of a tight, friendly kitchen team What We’re Looking For A strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work quickly and cleanly in a busy environment Reliability — turning up on time and ready to work Good organisation and attention to detail Someone who wants to be part of a fresh‑food, quality‑driven kitchen Experience in a KP role is ideal, but not essential if you’re willing to learn What We Offer Competitive pay A supportive, friendly kitchen team Opportunities to learn prep skills and progress A respected venue with a strong identity and high standards If you’re hard‑working, dependable and want to be part of a fresh‑food kitchen that’s proud of what it does, we’d love to hear from you.
