2026-Feb-25 to 2026-Mar-29 VOAG PTY LTD TABBITA NSW 2652 POULTRY FARM MANAGER ANNUAL SALARY - $76,000 to $100,000 FULL-TIME - PERMANENT VOAG Pty Ltd We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Poultry Farm Manager to oversee the full operational management of our poultry farm. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong poultry husbandry knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of animal welfare, farm hygiene, and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage and run the entire farm operation, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant daily workflows. Be on call daily while birds are on-site, responding promptly to animal health, equipment or environmental issues. Oversee all aspects of raising poultry for chicken meat production, maintaining optimal welfare conditions. Manage the daily husbandry requirements of chickens, including feeding, health checks, lighting, ventilation, and shed conditions. Operate and monitor computerised farming systems, production data, and ordering platforms. Prepare and deliver weekly reports and production updates to the producer when required. Direct, supervise, and maintain general farming activities, ensuring sheds, farming equipment, and infrastructure are kept in excellent order. Ensure farm roads, fencing, water systems, and utilities are maintained to a high standard at all times. Hire contractors, supervise staff and workers, and ensure safe and efficient workflow. Coordinate with the producer for placement of day-old chicks and collection of grown birds, following production schedules. Manage and maintain the farms financial and administrative records. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in managing a poultry farm (essential). Solid background and demonstrated knowledge of the poultry industry and farming practices. Qualifications Relevant Diploma-level qualification in agriculture, poultry production, agribusiness, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ANNUAL SALARY - $76,000 to $100,000
