Training and ongoing support are provided while you learn our systems, services, and client processes. Responsibilities Communicate with new and existing clients Learn about client preferences, needs, and budgets Research and present vacation options based on client requests Assist with reservations and planning details Answer questions and provide professional customer support Follow up with clients throughout the planning process Keep client information organized and up to date Learn company tools, systems, and supplier resources Build and maintain positive client relationships Participate in ongoing training and professional development What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly and professional attitude Dependable, organized, and self-motivated Good time-management skills Comfortable learning online tools and systems Able to work independently in a remote environment Willing to learn and develop new skills Enjoys helping people and providing excellent service Previous customer service or industry experience is helpful but not required .
