We’re Hiring: Screeners (Egypt-Based | Remote) Are you detail-oriented with strong communication skills and fluent in the Saudi dialect? Role Overview: As a Screener, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by conducting initial interviews, evaluating candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: -Conduct initial screening calls with candidates. -Assess candidate qualifications and communication skills. -Coordinate interview schedules with shortlisted candidates. -Maintain accurate candidate records and feedback. -Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience. Requirements: -Based in Egypt. -Native-level fluency in Saudi dialect (Mandatory). -Good command of English. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Previous experience in recruitment or customer interaction is a plus.
