CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. Your Role: Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies Process service requests in the client's policy administration system Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods Your Qualifications: Native-level fluency in Italian (C2) and proficient in English (B2) Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills The Offer: Full-time position with indefinite contract On-site role in a central Lisbon location Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities
