EHS Manager

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead workplace safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role requires a hands-on safety leader who can influence performance across all levels of the organization while maintaining strong compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering , or another technical discipline preferred 3–5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to lead EHS programs and influence safety performance throughout an organization Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT , and applicable state and federal regulations Experience leading regulatory audits and environmental compliance programs Experience developing or managing safety management systems Experience with continuous improvement methodologies Knowledge and experience with behavior-based safety programs Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Professional safety or environmental certifications such as: CSP – Certified Safety Professional ASP – Associate Safety Professional CHMM – Certified Hazardous Materials Manager Equivalent professional certification Previous experience in food manufacturing, dairy processing, or another regulated manufacturing environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced EHS professional who can combine regulatory expertise with practical, hands-on safety leadership. Candidates with a background in food or dairy manufacturing , professional safety certifications, and experience driving measurable improvements in workplace safety and environmental compliance will be particularly well aligned with this opportunity.
