Job Overview: PMB Talent Partners is seeking 10 professional, energetic Hosts and Hostesses for opportunities at a premier hospitality venue featuring three distinct experiences: an elegant fine dining restaurant, a lively casual restaurant, and an upscale nightlife club. As a Host or Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming experience while coordinating reservations, managing seating, and supporting smooth operations across all three areas. Compensation & Perks: Hourly Wage: $16.50 – $18.00 / hour (Based on experience) Additional Pay: Daily tip-share eligibility Position Type: Seasonal Contract (No benefits provided) Compensation & Position Details: Hourly Pay: $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience Additional Pay: Eligible for tip sharing, subject to applicable policies Position Type: Seasonal W2 employment through PMB Talent Partners Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and professionally while managing seating across the fine dining, casual dining, and nightlife areas. Manage reservations, walk ins, and VIP guest lists using the venue's reservation system. Coordinate with servers, security personnel, and management to support efficient seating and guest flow. Maintain clean, organized, and professional host stations and entrance areas. Communicate wait times and seating updates clearly to guests. Provide attentive customer service while maintaining a polished and professional presence. Remain organized and composed during high volume periods. Qualifications: Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor suitable for upscale dining and nightlife environments. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Schedule Availability: Full-time and part-time hours available. Must have flexible availability, including late-night weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday).
