This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions directly impact the growth and wellbeing of every team member. What You'll Do Design and execute HR strategies that align with our ambitious growth plans. Own the full employee lifecycle — from attracting top talent to nurturing long-term careers. Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations. Champion employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of trust and transparency. Build performance management and training frameworks that elevate our workforce. Partner with senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning. Drive initiatives that make us an employer of choice in Alexandria's manufacturing sector. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 7–10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Manufacturing or FMCG background (food production is a big plus). Deep expertise in Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance processes. Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and emotional intelligence. Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and MS Office. Fluent Arabic and English. Why Join Us?
