Albanian & English Digital Trust & Safety Spec Location: Sofia, Bulgaria We are looking for an Albanian & English Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria . In this role, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and advertisements to ensure they comply with platform policies and community standards. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are detail-oriented, objective, and passionate about online safety and digital platforms. What You Will Do Review and moderate user-generated content, advertisements, and other platform materials. Identify content that violates community guidelines and platform policies. Make accurate moderation decisions based on internal policies and procedures. Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required. Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and quality standards. Help create a safe and trustworthy online environment for platform users. Review content that may occasionally include sensitive or graphic material, including violence. Requirements Albanian proficiency (C1 or higher). English proficiency (B2 or higher). Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking. Strong written communication skills. Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems. Ability to make objective decisions while following detailed moderation guidelines. Emotional resilience and professionalism when handling sensitive content. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday .
