About the Role Our client, a well-established international company with over 10 years of industry presence, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to join their growing team in Limassol. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing CRM activities, optimizing customer journeys, and supporting retention initiatives through effective campaign execution and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain CRM systems and customer databases. Create, schedule, and monitor CRM campaigns across various channels. Segment customer databases to improve targeting and engagement. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Work closely with Retention, Marketing, and Management teams to improve customer experience. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. Identify opportunities to enhance customer lifecycle strategies and increase retention. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience working with CRM platforms and customer segmentation. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
