Location: New York, NY — This is a fully on-site opportunity, Monday through Friday, designed for attorneys who enjoy collaborating with their team in the office. Note: Active admission to practice law in New York and 4+ years of directly relevant litigation experience are must-have qualifications. Experience handling New York municipal claims and personal injury matters is strongly preferred. Job Description Lead and manage a caseload of complex New York personal injury and municipal claim matters from inception through resolution or verdict. Develop case strategies designed to maximize outcomes for clients. Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials. Analyze claims, evidence, liability, damages, and litigation strategy throughout each matter. Communicate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, courts, and other case stakeholders. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently and strategically. Mentor junior attorneys and support staff while contributing to a high-performing litigation team. Help drive departmental initiatives, operational improvements, and continued practice growth. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active New York Bar admission in good standing. 4+ years of litigation experience. Strong knowledge of New York personal injury law and litigation procedure. Experience with depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation. Excellent written, oral advocacy, analytical, and case-management skills. Ability to manage a substantial caseload and competing priorities. New York municipal claims experience strongly preferred. Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus.
