What You'll Do Production Team Members work together to safely and efficiently produce and package our products. Team members are cross-trained and may work in different areas of production based on the needs of the operation. Responsibilities include: Performing general food production and packaging activities Following established production procedures, work instructions, and quality standards Operating production equipment after appropriate training Completing required production records accurately Following food safety, allergen-control, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas Identifying and communicating production, quality, food-safety, or equipment concerns promptly Supporting teammates and other production areas to maintain an efficient production flow Participating in training and continuous-improvement activities Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and punctual Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Enjoys working as part of a team Takes pride in doing the job correctly Is willing to learn and be cross-trained Can follow established processes and written and verbal instructions Pays attention to quality and detail Understands the importance of food safety and cleanliness Communicates openly when there is a problem or mistake Works with a sense of urgency while maintaining safety and quality Takes responsibility for their work Wants to contribute to the success of the entire team Previous food manufacturing, bakery, packaging, warehouse, or production experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Physical Demands of the Position This is an active food-production position. Team members must be able to: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required to perform production duties Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Perform frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements Safely handle production materials, equipment, pans, racks, and finished products Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment Work around ovens and in areas where temperatures may be elevated Be Part of the MNG Team We are looking for people who want more than just a place to clock in and out.
