Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B ad campaign optimization. Verbal and written proficiency in Czech/Slovak (minimum B2+/C1 level). Verbal and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Demonstrated sales aptitude. Strong goal orientation. Proficiency with computer systems and software. Ability to relocate to the Krakow area, Poland. Responsibilities Analyze and strategize account management and upselling opportunities. Contact existing customers for consultations. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team sales goals. Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide optimal advertising campaign solutions and encourage new marketing strategies. Guide clients through the implementation of campaign suggestions. Build strong client relationships by optimizing accounts using analytical skills to increase program revenue. Stay informed about trends in the technology industry. Key Information Work Model : Hybrid (3 days from the office, 2 days from home weekly) Schedule : Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Gross Salary : 9,500 PLN gross per month, plus a bonus system based on KPIs Relocation : Relocation support provided, including a 2,600 PLN gross reimbursement
