About Us At SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., we are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider where innovation meets excellence. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in Sungai Petani and gain hands-on experience in human resource operations and administration . Key Responsibilities HR Administration Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. Support documentation for onboarding and internal HR processes. Organize and manage HR files and ensure proper record keeping. Employee Engagement Support Assist in organizing internal activities, employee engagement programs, and team initiatives. Support HR in preparing materials for internal communications and events. HR Operations Support Assist with preparation of HR reports, trackers, and administrative documentation. Support HR with day-to-day operational tasks and coordination with different departments. Ensure HR documents and processes follow company policies and procedures. General Administrative Support Assist in preparing letters, forms, and internal documentation. Support data entry and updating HR trackers. Provide general administrative support to the HR team when required. Requirements Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields . Good communication skills in English and Malay . Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
