Associate Software Engineer - MERN (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in MERN stack development. Good knowledge of JavaScript and web development fundamentals. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and Git. Understanding of both frontend and backend development. Ability to develop and maintain basic React.js components and backend APIs. Familiarity with database operations and data handling using MongoDB. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain frontend and backend features using the MERN stack. Build and enhance React.js components based on project requirements. Develop and maintain REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Perform database operations and manage data using MongoDB. Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established coding standards. Use Git for version control and follow team development workflows. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues. Perform basic testing and debugging of frontend and backend functionality. Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers. Collaborate with developers and other team members to deliver assigned tasks on time. Assist in analyzing technical requirements and translating them into development tasks. Stay updated with relevant tools, technologies, and development practices.
