About the position
CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a telecommunications project in Bulgaria[cite: 3]. Your Role: Support German-speaking customers via phone and email[cite: 3] Resolve technical, billing, and general service enquiries[cite: 3] Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate more complex cases when necessary[cite: 3] Your Qualifications: German C1, English B1 or above[cite: 3] High school diploma or equivalent[cite: 3] Customer-focused and comfortable handling complaints[cite: 3] Package and Compensation: Salary: 1280€ + Signing Bonus: €2000 paid in 6 installments[cite: 3] Performance Bonus: up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months + Sales Bonus (average of €200/month)[cite: 3] Meal Allowance, Private health insurance, Multisport/Coolfit card[cite: 3]
