Senior Product Manager – E-commerce / Omni-channel

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Health team and lead the development of customer-facing digital health and e-commerce solutions. This role is ideal for a customer-focused, solution-driven professional who can translate business and user needs into scalable, impactful digital products. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, ideation, and development to launch and continuous optimization Drive the strategy and execution of e-commerce and omni-channel digital products Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders Identify customer pain points and deliver data-driven, user-centric solutions Leverage AI / GenAI capabilities to enhance product offerings and customer experience Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvements Ensure alignment with overall business goals and digital health strategy Requirements Product Management experience, preferably within UAE/GCC Proven experience in customer-facing digital products and e-commerce platforms Strong understanding of ecosystem Experience or exposure to AI / GenAI applications in digital products Demonstrated expertise across the full product lifecycle Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities Ability to manage complexity and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an added advantage What We're Looking For A customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for innovation A solution-oriented approach to solving complex challenges Strong ownership, accountability, and execution skills
