Prioritize nursing care across assigned patients. Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to hospital protocols. Communicate significant findings promptly to providers and the care team. Support individualized care planning and discharge preparation. Educate patients and families about treatment and follow-up care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation. Follow patient-safety and infection-prevention procedures. Required Qualifications At least one year of RN experience Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license authorizing practice in Florida No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license Comfort managing a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio Current residence within commuting distance of Gainesville, excluding Ocala Availability for three 12-hour day shifts and rotating weekends Eligibility under the employer's application-history restriction All RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current and previous disciplinary actions.
