Vice President/ Division Leader - Low Voltage

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Vice President / Division Leader – Low Voltage to lead and grow a significant low-voltage operation in the Seattle market. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished construction professional with experience building teams, managing operations, developing client relationships, and driving profitable growth within low-voltage, technology, or specialty systems. Key Responsibilities Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the low-voltage division. Lead operational, financial, and growth initiatives across the business unit. Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, revenue, and profitability. Oversee project execution and ensure consistent performance across safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop project executives, project managers, field leadership, and support teams. Maintain accountability for budgeting, forecasting, backlog, margins, and overall division performance. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, general contractors, developers, and industry partners. Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams on major pursuits and strategic opportunities. Evaluate staffing needs and build the organizational structure necessary to support continued growth. Establish operational standards and drive continuous improvement throughout the division. Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term business strategy. Qualifications Significant leadership experience within low-voltage, technology systems, electrical construction, or a closely related specialty contracting environment . Proven experience leading a business unit, division, regional operation, or significant portfolio of projects. Strong understanding of construction operations, project financials, forecasting, and P&L management. Demonstrated success developing and leading high-performing teams. Strong business development and client relationship skills. Experience with large commercial, mission-critical, data center, healthcare, or other complex projects is highly desirable. Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to operate strategically while maintaining strong visibility into operational performance.
