Freelance Recruiter – Blue Collar Recruitment

Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit blue-collar workers through established candidate networks and sourcing channels. Manage bulk recruitment campaigns based on project manpower requirements. Identify, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates according to client requirements. Coordinate candidate interviews, document collection, selection, and onboarding. Maintain a strong candidate mobilization network across Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal. Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and mobilization process. Ensure timely submission and mobilization of qualified candidates within project deadlines. Requirements : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the related field. Proven experience in bulk recruitment of blue-collar workers. Strong candidate sourcing and mobilization network. Experience handling high-volume recruitment and onboarding. Established recruitment network in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, or Nepal. Strong understanding of recruitment, candidate screening, coordination, documentation, and mobilization processes. Ability to source and deliver suitable candidates within strict project timelines. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
